These are made to your unique requirements so each is bespoke and personal. Our binders are made from several materials and come in a range of sizes from 16 mm to larger level arch mechanisms. PVC is widely used as it’s versatile and comes in a range of colours, all the board stiffener is made from recycled materials and all PVC waste is recycled. It can also be printed using a number of techniques including full colour litho, silk screening, UV varnish, foil blocked and embossed. Polypropylene is probably the most durable material for making binders as its lightweight and it can be reused over and over again and can be disposed of without any harm to the environment. It also comes in a wide range of solid colours and tint. This can be finished using full colour litho, silk screening, UV varnish and foil blocked. PU is a leather look material which gives a high quality finish and can be printed by litho, UV varnish and blind emboss. Paper over board although not as versatile as PVC is best on price and can be tailored to your exact requirements, pages can be encapsulated into plastic and can be laminated to give a shiny quality. We can also produce dividers printed on face and/or tabs to order on either card, or PVC all punched, collated into sets.
